HC TOPUP Affiliate Program – Terms of Service

1. Agreement Overview

By joining the HC TOPUP Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. HC TOPUP may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the Program after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Account Requirements

  • Must be a real individual (no bots or automated signups).

  • Provide accurate personal details including full legal name and valid email.

  • Login credentials are personal only and cannot be shared.

  • You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account.

  • Only one account per person/entity is allowed.

  • No illegal or unauthorized use of the Program.

  • You cannot earn commissions on your own HC TOPUP purchases.

3. Affiliate Links & Marketing Materials

 

 

 

  • You will receive a unique Affiliate Code upon approval.

  • You may use HC TOPUP‑provided links, banners, and graphics on your website, emails, or other channels.

  • Only Special Links (with proper tracking format) qualify for commissions.

  • Affiliate links must direct users to the specific product page being promoted.

4. Referral Fees & Commission Payments

 

 

 

  • Customers must click your Special Link and complete a purchase within the same session.

  • 7‑day cookie window: if the customer returns within 7 days and buys, you still earn commission.

  • Commissions are only paid on sales tracked by HC TOPUP’s system.

  • Fraudulent, illegal, or aggressive marketing methods will disqualify commissions.

  • Minimum payout threshold: $5. Earnings below this amount will roll over.

5. Identifying Yourself as an Affiliate

 

 

 

  • No press releases without HC TOPUP’s prior approval.

  • Do not misrepresent your relationship with HC TOPUP.

  • You may not purchase products through your own affiliate links.

6. Payment Schedule

  • Payments are made monthly once your balance exceeds $5.

  • If you don’t reach the threshold, payment will be carried forward

7. Customer Definition

 

 

 

  • Customers who purchase via your affiliate links are considered HC TOPUP customers.

  • All HC TOPUP rules, policies, and procedures apply to them.

8. Your Responsibilities

 

 

 

  • You are responsible for your website’s development, operation, and maintenance.

  • Ensure all Special Links comply with third‑party agreements.

  • Content must be accurate, lawful, and not infringe third‑party rights.

  • You must disclose how you collect, use, and store visitor data.

9. Compliance with Laws

 

 

 

 

  • You must comply with all applicable laws, including email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN‑SPAM Act 2003).

10. Term & Termination

  • Agreement begins upon HC TOPUP’s acceptance of your application.

  • Either party may terminate at any time with written notice.

  • Upon termination, you must remove all HC TOPUP links and materials.

  • HC TOPUP may suspend or terminate accounts for any reason.

11. Relationship of Parties

 

 

 

  • You and HC TOPUP are independent contractors.

  • This Agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

12. Limitations of Liability

  • HC TOPUP is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from participation.

13. Disclaimers

 

  • HC TOPUP makes no warranties regarding the Program or products.

14. Dispute Resolution

 

  • Disputes will be resolved through confidential arbitration.

15. Miscellaneous

  • This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and HC TOPUP.

  • You may not assign this Agreement without HC TOPUP’s consent.

  • Failure to enforce any provision does not waive HC TOPUP’s rights.

  • HC TOPUP may seek court injunctions for intellectual property violations.

  • No guarantee of uninterrupted website operation.
